**Update**So, Crossnet actually reached out to me (I never tried to contact them) about my review. They were super nice and helpful and sent me their newest model. It’s amazing! We have played with it several times. The net itself is reinforces and all the piles/hardware are solid and sturdy! We’ve had several children over to play with this, and they all love it. This newer model is a breeze to set up. It’s also super easy to remove pieces in the poles to lower the net based on player’s height/age. Kudos to the company for standing by their product and making things right with their consumers. I’d definitely recommend this version!So disappointed! My daughter got this for Christmas, and just used it on Easter. The directions clearly state to pull the lines taut. Not only did the net snap off at the seam, but several of the metal rings came apart . This was used by kids ages 7-13. No spiking. No heavy usage at all! After hitting the ball into the net, the net ripped completely from the seam resulting in the pole hitting my nephew in the head. Super disappointed in this purchase. It’s literally called The Crossnet Family. My family tried to use it, but it was a major fail.

Excellent Game! I purchased this for a family camp and had no problem getting the numbers required to play the 4-player version. Once everyone knew how to play we tore it down and set up the 8-player version which was more fun in my opinion. There are three different heights you can set it to, kids, women, and men, with the women's height being the most accessible for all ages, even if the younger kids were having a tough time.Words of Caution:Upon initial setup, LOOSEN the tie-downs and tighten them after all the posts are up. We did not and two of the nets immediately ripped where the top of the pole held them at tension, and this was before the ball was even inflated.Be very careful to avoid the poles during play, as the first person to dive for a ball and run into the pole bent it, making both versions of the game unplayable.

Love this game. Easy to set up and fun for a large number of people. Volleyball and 4 Score crashed and won. We had so many beach goers join in on the fun. Took to granna and pops for a cousin contest. Played all weekend. So much fun

We are enjoying our CROSSNET. Really glad that we purchased the Ultimate set that has nets for singles and two-person teams. I was looking for nets with sturdy construction and we have them. The stakes for the guy ropes are well constructed: steel with a wide head so they can be stepped on to be driven into the ground.

I do not like to leave negative reviews but this is the second set we have owned and both nets have torn. We bought the first set in February and played it one time and it ripped so I sent it back. The return process was fabulous and no issues. Opened up the second set yesterday and played it and the net ripped (both times at the pole). And now the turn time has closed and I can’t send it back a second time. This is extremely disappointing and a huge waste of money.

We received this set however the ball had a hole in it we called The manufacturer to tell them we needed a new ball due to the fact this one had a hole in it and they said they would send it to us have not received it as of this writing it's been at least 3 weeks anyway you people could help us with this thank you
