I have brought several different pore extractors in the past and this by far is the best one I have ever purchased. Especially for the price point , it has a great suction , with three different speeds .

I used this device on two occasions before the cable charger malfunctioned, and I was no longer able to recharge it. The metal end of the cable would not fit into the slot on the device. I applied for the warranty upon receiving it and contacted the manufacturer. They obtained all the information, and followed through on sending a replacement, which I received within 2-3 weeks. They are true to their warranty, and I must applaud them for their commitment to their products and customers. As for effectiveness, it does remove some pore debris such as surface whiteheads, but it does not remove blackheads because most are deeply embedded in the pores. For persistent blackheads, it's probably best to undergo deep pore chemical peels periodically under the guidance of a dermatology specialist.A manufacturer to watch out for that produces a similar product is Hammacher-Schlemmer. Out of frustration, I ordered their version of this device, thinking that it would be of better quality. It cost $160 plus tax and shipping, for a total of over $200. It's poorly designed, and the suction power is less that the EBeauty device. It was ineffective in removing pore debris. Then I noticed they lowered the price to $79. What a scam!!! When I contacted Hammacher-Schlemmer, I was told I had to send the device back to receive a refund, but I have not done so because I discarded the packaging upon receiving the device.In summary, the moral of the story is that these devices cannot really solve the problem of blackheads. What is required is to dissolve the excess sebum before it hardens in the pores and causes unsightly blackheads. This is easier said than done, depending on if one has inherited the gene for acne or not. Unfortunately, I did, and I've been battling acne all my life. I am now elderly, and pores still clog in my nose.

I want to return the item although there is no option that fits this reason. I gave it to my 15 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She used it at the lowest setting and it left this bruise on her nose!! The suction power is too aggressive and dangerous in my opinion!

It does have good suction thats the only reason im giving 2 stars.....but this was a shot in the dark that I had a feeling wasn't gunna work. I was correct. My entire nose is covered in deep blackheads and this thing did not remove A SINGLE 1.

Nothing to complain about - it does what it says !

This beauty device is simple to use. No complicated instructions. Suction is just enough for its purpose and does not cause bruises or skin discoloration.

I love this product, easy to use and specs are as advertised.

The suction is WAY TOO STRONG even on low, suctioned to my face so hard I had toturn it off and rip it off in a panic several times. Unless mine is defective this product will damage your skin terribly even on low setting, scary and impossible to use. I cannot drag it across skin because it grips so hard.
