Q: My side decorative tyger plates do not line up with the holes?

You will have to leave all the bolts loose and then use a ratchet strap to pull the two pipes closer together at the bottom until the plate holes line up then tighten the nuts down, then easily let off on the strap and tighten the rest of the bolts up, you will have to do this for both sides.

Q: Does it fit a tri fold bed cover on a 08 tundra? Not flush cover

It will fit every year between 2004-2021.
