Just what I need to limit batteries..
This allows me to power my video monitor off my V Mount with no need to use extra batteries..

Could’ve gotten a bad copy but nonetheless, the one I got broke in 3 uses.
Worked 3 times then shot smoke out of the side of the dummy battery. Returning it. Complete fail. Also it’s a VERY snug fit. And by snug, I mean you have to force it into the battery slot.

Seems to work nicely
Bought this last min for a shoot, but been meaning to buy something like this for a while. Has a range of 10-20v input which is nice, though I wish it were possible to output around that range too. It outputs to about 7v. Overall good product.

Defective Product - Buyer Beware
I purchased several of these to use with monitors for cameras and to power some wireless transmitters and receivers. For the first couple of shoots, they work fine. However, without any reason, none of them are currently working. If I hope to use them I have to use a Tap D-Tap to 12V DC2.5 and plug it into the dummy battery, basically, bypassing its D-Tap chord. So disappointing. Upon reading other reviews, it seems this product is defective.

Doesn't fit in many/most devices
For some reason the designers thought the battery should get wider than the specification at the top...This means it won't fit in most devices, as it's too wide. It won't fit in my camera or my Atmos recorder.Dunno how this is still for sale, it literally doesn't work.

Abnormally wide. Doesn't fit the Ninja V
This unit is a lot wider than all my NP-F970 Batteries and will NOT fit on the Atomos Ninja V. Strange design choice.

USE at own risk.
BAD COPY - Soon as i plugged into power while connected to SMALL HD 7 monitor smoke shot out of the battery and smelled like burnt plastic.
