Helps with stiffness and pain.
These excel any other “joint” supplements I have ever taken. I have minor age related joint pain( hips, knees, neck) and wow do these work. Stopped taking them for a couple of months and boy did I learn how much these work. The pain while I use these🥴, and the pain I experience when I stopped taking them 🤯. Will use these forever. I am 65 yrs old and these allow me to fast walk 2 miles every other day without pain during the walk and very minimal pain the next morning. I’ve tried several of the highest rated joint supplements and I swear by these.

Works as it should
Pills are huge. Stay away if you can't handle thick pills. Can't remember how long it took to work but I feel fine.
