Calpol has always been great, the taste is very nice and makes it easier for the kids to take it. It works very quickly on pain relief. It isn't too expensive either

A must have for medicine cabinet in household with kids.+) taste OK for kids to take (unlike antibiotics which make kids run a mile)+) easy to dose with syringe, attach to top of bottle, invert and pull syringe for accurate doseage+) I use this for my younger than 6 y children as I need to give them less (as twice the strength) calculate dosage myself+) effective in fever control+) minimal side effects good safety profile-) struggle to find sugar one ( son had a very sensitive palate)

Good pain relief, easy to use and great tasting for children.

Loved by kids, effective medication. Can be used in conjunction with ibuprofen, sometimes one can be more effective than the other. This can be given 4 times in 24 hours and ibuprofen 3 times in 24 hours.TIP: Rather than buying the branded 'infant' version for younger kids, just buy the 'six plus' and adjust the dose. You get the same 100ml quantity in infant and Six Plus versions. If you know what dose (milligrams or mg) your toddler/baby needs, you can calculate that based on the number of milligrams/ml in Six Plus.Basically, you end up using around half doses (again, depends on exact dosage) from the Six Plus and therefore using up less.If this isn't making sense (and I do accept that what I've written might be badly worded) then you probably shouldn't be doing this anyway and I would just stick to what the bottle says for your child's age.

Fair price…..it’s liquid paracetamol for children and adults.

In cold weather my old dog occasionally needs a bit of extra pain killer on top of her usual vet prescribed one. The vet gave a dosage according to my dogs size, a very small amount but it does help. She doesn't have it often, just the odd occasion. This is the only type of Calpol he recommended.

Had a bit of an issue and delivering to a scout camp 2 hours away as my daughter needed it was great it’s great for sensory bods who can’t take paracetamol by pill form. Works and apparently tastes nice .
