Does the Job
This works well, fine for the money. The adhesive hook did not work for very long but that was my fault so It gets the benefit of the doubt.

he D ring isn’t great and the rope can fray. All around an amazing product and a great buy for any boxer or anyone wanting to burn calories in a fun way.

Worked as expected
This one was for me. I spend time every day in my garage working out. I hung this from my garage door opener frame. I did add a more heavy-duty rope and a clip I got from the hardware store. Great for working on your boxing skills. Fun work out too.

Got this for my husband for his training. He enjoys it and uses it several times a week along with heavy bag work and jump rope. He's happy, so I'm happy.
