I'd used their freeze dried parsley, basil and chives for a few years. I love that the color doesn't change like non-freeze-dried spices. If you've never used freeze dried spices you're in for a treat. They smell and taste so much better than the stale spices found in most grocery stores. I bought them at Walmart in the past but checked Amazon to see if I could get them cheaper. Individually, Walmart was cheaper but they only carried the 3 spices mentioned above.I was surprised at how many different spices were available. But what got me was the price on the whole set. For me the price was right and I put it in my cart. And as fate would have it, my son-in-law was being transferred from the base in Anchorage back home to Nellis AFB. Since the movers would not pack any food my daughter lost all her spices. So I ordered a set on the subscription option and waited until the 2nd set arrived before cancelling it. That way I saved a few bucks and she was really happy I bought them for her.I only wish they offered more freeze dried spices and herbs.Dale

I have bought these freeze dried spices for years. But I never knew they made so many different kinds. These are so handly compared to live herbs that wilt or go bad before you use them. Very happy with this variety pack. Will recommend and buy again.

Lite husband herbs are Freeze dried and have good flavor. I always have them on hand for the times fresh is not available (or I've run out!)

Use it for cooking daily. The jar is glass and that's the only way to buy and store herbs. This is NonGMO Freeze Dried AND VERY HIGH QUALITY. So glad for the this products to be available. I love the aromatic herbs and taste fresh.

The media could not be loaded. Here's what I like:1. Aroma: When you open the bottles, you actually can smell the product. You don't get a bland smell.2. Quanity: You get a good supply of the product.3. Consistency: The size of the freeze dried product inside is fairly the same all the way through the product, very uniform pieces.4. I purchased a variety pack, 5 bottles - the bottles had various expiration dates all expiring way into the future by a year or more. This is good cause you don't want them to all expire at the same time.5. The bottles come individually bubblewrapped & then bundled with shrinkwrap surrounding them.I received these in my subscribe & save order. They were sandwiched in with other items I ordered so I did not have any shipment damage issues.

I would have given 5 stars but my last order was shipped in a paper bag and the Thyme bottle was broken open and some others were cracked even though they were wrapped very well in bubble wrap. I have contacted Amazon and am getting a refund. When ordered in bulk the price is reduced! Freeze drying preserves most nutrition. So when you use these herbs it's as if you fresh picked them.

We love using freeze dried herbs from his company. I was amazed to know there was 18 different varieties. The stores only have around six where I am located. I was amazed it was actually 18 jars that they produce. I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and it was her favorite present. She was very excited to open them.

I recently moved and got rid of my old spice rack. Honestly, I wasn't even sure how old they were. They didn't add anything and just lifelessly sat on the counter after the Italian Seasoning bottle was used.I wanted to get a new set of spices because I did need a few "go to" but was on a tight budget. I figured if I ordered from Amazon, I could always return it if i didn't like it. I came across this product. The ABSOLUTE INSANE quality difference. This will be the only Go-To Spices in my kitchen. The aromas will definitely help the creativity in the kitchen even for those hesitant or unskilled in seasoning food. I honestly can't pick out a favorite because they all smell so fresh and absolutely enhances your dishes. Likewise, the bottles are a generous size. Blows away the competition of Badia, McCormick or Simply Organic. I'm definitely going to order more for my pantry when I can as I see many of them going quick. When stretching my food budget, a good quality spice goes a long way even when cooking something as simple as Ramen. This isn't going to sit in the dark corners of your pantry once you open the first bottle.This would make an amazing gift for anyone at a reasonable price point.
