My allergist recommended this in place of hydrocortisone and I have to say it works great. I use it when I first start to itch and within 15 minutes, I don't itch anymore. For what it goes for me, it's a great value, and I actually appreciate the smaller tubes as I can keep one in my purse for use when I'm away from home. If you've thought about trying this, do it, you won't regret it.
