I purchased this cabinet March 31 and it arrived tie first week in April, as was estimated.Unfortunately, it arrived damaged . The damage was not noticed until later when I arrived home. I notified Amazon and they contacted the seller. He requested photos of the damaged box and damage. after a little over a week, The seller contacted me and offered me a scratch and dent discount. It is important that he was very sorry and will have to contact the carrier to report the damage and get them to make it good. The damage was repairable with a little effort, so I agreed.The seller was great and I had the choice for the rebate or a replacement. Since I had an immediate need , and the damage was mostly on the rear of the cabinet I took the seller's offer. The cabinet looks fine for its purpose and I appreciate the seller for making everything right, even though he was not responsible for the damage, and I will order again for my next upcoming project. The material is quality and the service was great under the circumstances, and I was able to make the cabinet fully functional with minimal effort (was a metal worker in the military). I would/will order again when I need a sturdy cabinet and The customer service was great. I would recommend this product and seller without hesitation.

It took 3 hours for my husband my grandson and myself we traded off together older to help my grandson put this together. The results the results is well worth the time. It does lock on the one side with the key holders the clocks and there's an excellent on the opposite door on the left that keeps that door shut too. We did slide it to the wall in the kitchenette and it did not dig up or Mark the floor. I had ordered furniture pads to put under it and it was awesome because they came today and they rushed them it was wonderful. I have dealt with metal cabinets before but not this pricey or quality and I must say one to get this you don't want to go back to the other stuff. The lock does work the key seems like it's a little rough so my grandson left and came back with oil to lubricate the lock now it's perfect almost. The magnets that come with this are not strong enough to keep the door closed. Mostly because this right side door which has the key it has a slight bulge that is to be seen by the frame of the door. I put different magnets in that much stronger and now everything stays closed even when a lot. It makes my kitchenette look beautiful, I had no place to put canned goods and stock up things from the food pantry everything had to be on the floor. Now it's taking me a while to save up the money but these cabinets are worth it also because while putting it together the metal is not Sharp and you don't get cut. I am a definite 👍👍👍👍 buy them you will not regret it and they did come up in the box that was dented a little but not badly cuz these things are a little over 100 lb packed. I discovered that after I ordered it. So be prepared if the Amazon driver does not want to bring him upstairs are you still elevator that's why not likely somebody else is stealing then probably strain their back and they're up anyway that was it and they aren't honest company everything they said about these is true

I ordered four of them, they all came undamaged because the packaging is great, which it needs to be because the cabinet is quite heavy. The assembly takes some time and effort, some of the steps require you to be in awkward positions with your head in the cabinet looking up, a flashlight was a must for me. I built pedestals for them to make the bottom shelves easier to access. They use terrible masking tape to hold the locking mechanisms in place during shipping which doesn't come off, leaves a mess on the inside of the door. I feel they are a great value.

i like them, keeps everything neat and hidden. Bought a couple for the garage, 1 for kitchen appliances i dont have room for in my kitchen and the other for paper goods tp paper towels and plates napkins. I only used 4 shelves per cabinet. Took awhile to put all the screws in but not bad

Purchased in Nov 2024 and hubby finally put it together (life be life'ing). I'm so pleased that I'm here to purchase a second one! I purchased this to store our kitchen gadgets to free up our pantry. It's in our basement which isn't big so the size is perfect. This piece doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. We're lucky to have had all the pieces, no incorrect holes or dents like some others in thereviews. When the second one arrives, we're going to store our seasonal decorations (plates, table settings, etc).

This is a great locking cabinet for a garage or utility room. It was packaged well, and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. The assembled unit is very sturdy, and the number, depth, and weight capacity of the adjustable shelves is exceptional for a cabinet at this price point. We’re so happy with it, we’re buying another.

Pros : relatively cheap.Cons : extremely poor build quality.Product came damaged. An attempt was made to assemble the unit. Pictures show that the entire unit was bent right out of the box. Dented.Seller was contacted for a refund.Box was damaged so it was thrown out.Seller said they would refund $20 for a damaged product without returning it.Returns were covered with shipping up to $30.Seller claims it can be dropped off at a UPS or a USPS location.UPS would not accept it since it’s too large.Weighs 100 lbs.at this point we are going to call this a bad purchase with a seller that makes it quite difficult to return their products.Would not recommend using this seller.we purchased two and one still hasn’t been opened. The box is pretty large and we do not have the ability to transport it to various locations in search of someone who will accept it. Seller does not provide labels that provide a pickup facility from any of the carriers.*update. After some back and forth with seller, they agreed to refund entire order. I think this was based on the feedback I left, but nonetheless, they did do the refund. Adding two stars for this.
