Works great, I take 3 at night and 1 in the morning to help with a few things: it relaxes me, helps with my essential tremor and alleviates constipation from hypothyroidism (along with drinking lots of water). So far I’ve been using this product about 7 months and it has definitely helped me to relax after a heavy workout. Also helps me sleep when I take it at night. I only have one question. I’ve never noticed this before, but I just got a bottle today, and on the sticker it says “Professional strength: Not to be sold through Amazon”.That kind of strikes me weird since this is where I bought it from.... just curious as to why that little warning is on the bottom of the label.
