Squad Drop Taurus Optic Rail Mount Accessory, G2C, G3, PT111, Ghost Ring Sight

Just got it. It arrived much sooner than estimated. It's durable and will work great with my red dot sight.

Required extensive fitting to accept my RMR adapter plate on my Taurus. I also drilled and tapped an additional hole forward of the dovetail in the Taurus slide because I do not believe the dovetail itself with the TINY original rear sight screw would survive very many shots. It will work now after reworking it but if you are looking for a drop and lock solution for an RDO on your G2C, look elsewhere unless you're willing to do some modifications.UPDATE EDIT: This is absolute garbage, plain and simple. The dovetail pulled completely out of the mounting groove and it was fortunate that I had added an additional screw since that was the only thing that prevented this piece of garbage from flying completely off my pistol with my red dot after only 19 shots. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this cheap garbage by all means. This does not even deserve 1 star. They got my money, don't give them yours.

Just as a rear sight replacement, this thing is perfect. Used a bore laser to confirm accuracy, and this is much easier to use than the original rear sights. Whatever you do though, DO NOT discard or lose your original site screw in the process of replacing it. They are impossible to find and Taurus doesn't have any in stock and won't for the foreseeable future. They are impossible to find on eBay or anywhere else. There are NO actual replacement screws for the rear sight, sold separately that actually work anywhere. Trust me.Thought I would also add that the seller is amazing. They always had very prompt responses and exceeded my expectations when I had a question.

Easy to mount.

It fit perfectly on my Taurus G2C. Put a red dot on it and so far everything seems to be working great!

Order this and it’s a nice piece, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit correctly. I had to shave down on side of the bracket piece to get it to slide into place, after that works fine…

So I bought this product thinking that it would be a cheaper option in order to mount a optic on my handgun but in reality it's the most cheapest trashiest crappiest thing that you could ever buy for your tourist g2c or g3c.First of all it doesn't even come with a screw.And if you use the screw from your original sides it doesn't even fit and you would have to simply drill the whole bigger.Plus this is so extremely bulky that it's so uncomfortable in your holster if you were to conceal carry it.If you value your life and your loved ones lives and simply want to protect them then just take the time out of your day to take your gun to a gunsmith to cut a optic cut out on your firearm because you don't want to take the cheaper route because it could cost you your life by your shots being thrown off Target.Don't trust cheap Amazon crap attachments.It's pointless it's not worth it and it's such a huge rip off.
