I have wanted one of these Mops for months. I love the Bona hard surface cleaner. I've been using the cleaner with a different mop. It works fine but I have to keep wringing it out and rinsing it. This would have made things a lot easier. I watched a couple videos on how to put the new Mop together. Seemed simple enough. So everything goes together fine but the joint between the top handle and middle one would not slide together. I noticed there was a mark around the connection hole. My husband checked it out with a flashlight and the joint is rusted as far as he was able to see. That is what I was seeing too .Then I realized the mop had not come in the same box that was being shown on the video. It came in a brown cardboard box that was plain with no directions and was taped down the length and the ends were taped down all the way around. This dealer had to know that he was sending out a Mop that had already been returned by a different buyer. I think that is a rotten thing to do. Now I have to tape this thing together and send it back. There again, I certainly will not buy anything from him again, I will go to a hardware store to buy.After I wrote this the company called me and listened to what was wrong and agreed with me. They acknowledged it wasn't working correctly. Within 3 days a brand new mop arrived on my doorstep. Wow! That's taking good care of your customer. It was easy to put together and I like it very much. If there is a spill I just grab it and it's taken care of in no time. I like this brand.

My home has tiles floors and a few area rugs. I have no need for industrial floor care products, but like so many of you I like clean floors but don't want to devote a whole day to the effort. This is the solution! Pro tip: Rinse and wring the pad in hot/warm water before use to reduce streaks. Rinse and wring after use and throw it in the laundry with the towels and you're golden.Suggestion not associated with this purchase...Dyson stick vacuum cleaner. Sure, the latest and greatest models are pricey, but diligent shoppers can find great deals on new-old-stock for example I just purchased a V8 model (Feb '25). These two together...clean floors in under an hour.

It’s nice and wide so it covers more area quicker. Mop feels heavy and presses against the floor hard so it cleans better. The sprayer trigger dispenses a strong and wide spray. Only thing I don’t like is that the cleaning liquid has no scent.

I like using the mop. It's sturdy, and the wide pad makes cleaning go faster. I like how it's re-usable, but sometimes it's annoying to wash if I don't have a load ready to go. I just also bought a refill of the liquid, and it was super easy to use.

I have been using Bona now for a few years. Yes they do wear out, However after two years of LOTS of use it was definitely worth it! I have Hardwood floors and Tile in my bathrooms and its probably the best mop I have ever used. It gets a nice even shine and even gets corners. I love that you can just wash the pads and not have to buy more. I use all their products, Hardwood Floor cleaner and Polish. There is no waxy build up. I am going on year 4 now and still no buildup. I have two dogs and a cat and it can keep up with the shedding and keep my floors "barefoot clean". I have done tons of research on many mops and different products and so far this is the best!

I bought this with the multi purpose cleaner. Used on my floors where have you been? Left my floors clean, shine and streak free! Best money I ever spent! Easy to use, lightweight and seems to be good quality.

My floors needed some lover. This Bona is easy to use and gets the job done. I love that I don't need batteries. Easy to change out bottles. Pads are easy to clean. Would 10/10 get again!
