Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product worked great to remove the pet smells left by a previous tenant in an apartment. I'd recommend using the soak directions on the back, it is VERY effective at removing virtually all traces of pet urine smell in my experience.The smell is pleasant, and I can find no evidence that anything in this clear is toxic so bravo for making such an effective product that is safe around people in the home.

My puppy kept on peeing in the same spot in the living room even though we were using a carpet cleaner. Once I started using this spray it completely eliminated the odor and she stopped peeing in that spot. I would definitely purchase again because of how fast it worked!Only problem was the sprayer came broken but it still works.

Best spray for stains or animal accidents. Even was able to get red wine spill out of white carpet. Works great for everything. Smell is a bit intense but it definitely gets the job done. Only issue is something the sprayer doesn’t work very well so I just replace it with an old bottles sprayer and alls good.

Love this product except for one issue - they changed the scent a few years back - it went from an innocuous scent that was sort of a very light rubbing alcohol scent that dissipated along with the pee or poo smell it does such a great job of eradicating, to a very strong fake flower scent that overpowers. I have a super-sniffer, and chemical smells give me a headache. The fake flower scent takes a few days to dissipate completely from a room. I hate that they changed the formula.

This stuff is awesome. It smells really good and actually gets stains out. It's a large bottle, and it should last me a long time. The spray is nice and it's super easy to use. It also doesn't leave a weird residue on my hard wood floors.

Got this after getting our new pug puppy and this product lives up to its reputation. I have LVP plank flooring and rugs in the house and my pup was not taking to house breaking easily. This product quickly cleaned the area and left a pleasant smell. No issues of re-marking the same area. Just follow the instructions.

My son had a cat and a dog. This product really works and it cleans your carpet taking the stain out. The smell is like watermelon, fresh. Once you spray it leave it seating for 30 minutes then use a brush to remove the stain. You don't need to make a lot of effort on the stain just 3 strokes with the brush the stain is out. The smell of pee, fecal matter are completely gone.
