Received this item leaky. You could smell it before opening the shipping package!! Good thing these were gel beads!! Most it was intact. I purchased these before and they last a long time. When the beads start to shrink..I just add water and it still smells good!! Will purchase again in future.

These were out of stock everywhere I looked! Found them on Amazon, arrived within a couple of days and has a light, fresh scent. Happy with this!

Not quite as much reach (in the room) as I would have hoped, but the smell if fantastic. I find myself shaking it repeatedly to help increase the smell. Size is great as it is easy to put anywhere.

when opening packaging there was mass leakage even tho there was not any breakage to the product. Item is attractive in bathroom, size is just right, scent was immediate and pleasant. Better packaging is needed.....see attached packaging photo.

The Renuzit air freshener I usually got from Amazon increased in price, so I figured I'd try this brand since it was available with a Subscribe & Save discount. I got a two-pack and put one in each bathroom. They do nothing. The gel beads smell good if you sniff the jar, but they do nothing to eliminate or even cover up your average bathroom odors. And my bathrooms are small--about 100 sq ft each--so it's not like the scent was being stretched too thin. On top of that, when I pulled the plastic-wrapped two-pack out of the Amazon box and removed the plastic, I found that the gel beads had leaked and gotten the back labels on the jars wet. They stuck together, and when I pulled them apart, the printed text on both labels got ripped off, so I have no idea what they might have said. I won't be renewing my subscription to Clear Air Odor Eliminator Gel Beads.

This item is not very effective. Yes, the jar smells like something pleasant when close to it- but I don’t think of anything tropical. Once you are more than 10 feet away there is not much scent- but I do get the scent of a wet farm animal that just rolled in sweet breakfast cereal. Overall, the product impression is very disturbing. There’s a background smell of some type of weird odor
