Great product but not delivery by Royal Mail
This is the best sweetener.I’ve run out and waiting for some.Tried to contact the seller but no option available. Royal Mail didn’t even try to deliver. Using the excuse “Attempted delivery at 2.58pm - Driveway and front door inaccessible”.This is rubbish as I live in a Victorian house with a clear path in a wide street you can double park on and no traffic. Why lie?Amazon’s own courier’s are much better. Please rethink your courier. Thanks

Closest to the real thing
Pricey but this is the best sweetener I’ve tried.it’s the best substitute as it tastes the closest to the real thing I’ve tried lots of sweetners as my mum is diabetic and they always have a bitter taste and weird chemical taste but this is perfect I’m not diabetic but trying to cut down on sugar to get health benefits and this is a big help

A great alternative to granulated sugar!
I love this stuff, it's a great alternative to granulated sugar and I have found that I don't need to use as much in a portion.I've been using this for a few months now and I definitely feel the difference in myself, and don't crave sugary foods as much as I used to! Still a way to go, but with will power I believe I can do it!

Tastes exactly like sugar!
I use this to replace sugar in all my foods. Spoon for spoon as it comes, it looks and tastes exactly like sugar but with half the calories and no sugar spikes. I like to bake and when taste testing from the mixing bowl, find the sweetness is slightly less after baking so you may need to add a little more to taste on those occasions. Coming from the birch tree, it is a natural product and has no artificial aftertaste like traditional sweeteners. I've given this to sugarholic guests in hot drinks and baking and everyone has been amazed and would never have known.I have a grinder and grind it to powder to make icing sugar/frosted toppings. Sadly this is where it doesn't compare however as it has a graininess and coldness to it which doesn't work well when isolated outside of being used as a sweetening additive.Cooking, baking and in drinks, this sugar substitute is the bomb. Even works ok on cereals when you get past the coldness of texture. Would never go back to sugar now, this even supposedly helps protect the inner ear and kills bacteria in the mouth to protect your teeth and gums. Your teeth feel squeaky clean after eating this! Can't go wrong for kids and adults alike!

Good for Oral Health... side effects possible.
Good for your teeth. Not so good for your gut.Typically, a 5-7g teaspoon per day is a good choice for oral health, but it is not a good idea to use Xylitol regularly in your cups of tea or coffee. Even if I have one 7g heaped teaspoon a day of this stuff, it does have a mild laxative effect. Fortunately I am not one of those who get stomach cramps from Xylitol consumption. Sadly I did use it exclusively in my green tea for a while until I cut back so I was having approximately 30-35g a day and... well, I lost a lot of fluids, let me just put it that way lol.If those of you out there are wanting a low calorie sweetener and one that doesn't feed off the plaque bacteria to make acid that damages your teeth, then I highly advise Stevia Sweet. It's cheap, it's light and since it is low in carbohydrates and has very little sugars (0.5g teaspoon has approximately 0.1g sugars), then it is good for those watching their sugar in take or want minimal impact on blood sugar levels. It has been pushed by nutritionists and as a result is called "Stevia Sweet" by many companies... it is not a brand name. It is made of the leaves of the Stevia plant.(I'm a type 1 Diabetic of 22 years).

Great product. Excellent in tea and coffee. Nice in cakes. Recommended.
We've been using this now for around ten months. I was looking for an alternative to sugar, not primarily as a weight loss strategy (I don't eat a lot of sweet stuff) - but because of the poor health impacts of sugar and the way the body processes it.As most will know sweeteners are usually either not good for you or taste horrible and bitter. Personally I'd rather give up my tea rather than have a cup that tastes disgusting.Wow, am I glad I took a punt on this. Firstly, although there is a difference in taste over sugar it is only very slight. Sugar has a little more depth, a slightly richer taste. However, after a few days it was not noticeable and we couldn't tell the difference. Secondly, the digestive upset as described by some users has not effected me or my wife. In fact we've now sampled 3 or 4 different versions with no ill effects but this one is the best tasting. My wife has baked a few cakes and has been quite pleased /surprised by the results. As far as intake quantity goes if you are looking for something to consume in large quantities this may not be for you, if only to be cost effective. In moderation this is perfect. As a final note I have lost about a pound a month cutting out sugar. Not a huge (yo-yo) loss I know, but sustainable and heading in the right direction. Now on Subscribe and Save - Enough said.p.s I found Michael Mosley's book very interesting and the parts about Diabetes and Sugar control make eye opening reading. The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet: Lose weight fast and reprogramme your body
