Arrived with the pot broken in 3 places although it was well wrapped. Very disappointed as the overall look of the plant is very nice.I have requested a replacement and I hope it arrives in pristine condition, if not a full refund will be requested.I have received a new plant, it arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Communication with Homescape who sell the item was efficient and dealt with promptly.My new orchid sits lovely on my dining table and I have lots of compliments about how real it looks and it’s size. It’s great value for money considering how big it is... I’ve seen many retail for 59.99 and they are smaller.

Although from a distance this potted orchid looks good in my dark hallway, it is by no means very realistic as some reviewers have said (believe me I have seen some that your cannot tell they are not real). The colour is very creamy and not what real orchids look like (I have both at home). I needed one for my dark hallway as no real orchids or other plants survive. The price is good and as I didn’t want to spend too much. Better than the cheap plastic ones you find in shops, so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Although it came rattling around a huge box (no effective padding or bubble wrap), it appears undamaged and looks good. I sprayed the pot a different colour to match my kitchen and am going to put some small stones under the leaves which I think will make it look even better. Overall it's a great price for a large arrangement and certainly looks the part in my kitchen/diner. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed; especially at this price point - would recommend.

What you get is what you pay for.. didn’t want to pay too much as it’s for my bathroom and it’s really nice for the money it is. I would say 5 stars but giving 4 as there was a chunk of the moss/ polystyrene missing from the pot but luckily I have dried moss at home from another pot that I added. Overall it’s nice.. doesn’t look real like some reviews say but still looks nice

Have been searching for months for one of these, other stores had them in well into half a hundred to purchase, this one came with a modest price, nice flowers (albeit a bit fake looking when looking closely), but overall a lovely product with heavy pot at the bottom to ensure it doesn't tip over. Would purchase again from this supplier, despite his two miles of packaging!!

Item arrived much earlier than advised and well packed however not great quality, a couple of missing blooms, a patch of missing greenery in the actual plant pot and some of the leaves are either badly finished or exposing plastic. The item looks ok from a distance however cheap close up and therefore a rather inflated price for an item that is of only just standard quality. Disappointing and a rip off.

Arrived quickly, well packed. Bought it to stand on my console table in the hallway, it's just beautiful - everyone has commented on it and most thought it was real. Very reasonable price too, there are some very expensive ones out there that don't look half as good. I love it!
