Really good value and I trust this brand for supplements - I’ve now bought several different ones and feel confident in the quality of ingredients. I have been taking them in the morning and although it isn’t significant (like with stimulants) I do find I get a bit of a mental boost and energy levels are increased which is noticeable in my gym sessions. Don’t expect miracles though, it’s subtle but effective.

I’ve been on these for long enough now to be able to say these genuinely help. I take these every morning and my mood, energy, anxiety and productivity is much better. Any brain fog goes and if I wake up in a bad mood, these improve my mood.When I notice the effect the most is when I stop taking them. Recently a few days went by where I felt agitated and down (due to life issues) - realised I’d run out of these, re-ordered, and when they arrived, everything instantly started making more sense and I calmed down.I feel more locked in at the gym, and also more able to concentrate on my work.My friend recommended me these a year ago and I was sceptical but I’m a massive fan of this stuff.
