Product is very good I used whole bottle in one month the capsules are good with their hard gelatin shell they don't stick together no problem with this idk why people are writing negative reviews most probably illiterate like I saw someone saying "silica gel inside the bottle who will be responsible for customer death☠️☠️☠️" 😂 silica gel is there for a reason so that moisture cannot make the gelatin capsules sticky and there are other medicines which includes silica gel inside them truly funny people 😂

Tata falsely advertised this as cod liver oil, leading consumers to believe it's 100 percent cod liver oil, but in ingredients list it shows cod liver oil (fish oil), which in earlier bottle wasn't present, difference between those is cod liver oil contains higher EPA and DHA whereas fish oil, generally is less nutricious and lacks the essential vitamins in cod liver oil like vitamin and and vitamin D. Besides there is no amount or percentage of epa and dha mentioned. Given below are photographs of two bottles new(white) and old (dark), this should give you a clear idea as to why does the older bottle have no "fish oil" in brackets, very sly tactics from such a reputed brand. Shameful!!
