Happy with this smart tv
Picture and sound quality is good. It was easy to connect with wifi and i didnt face any connectivity issues either. Connection was very stable. Many ott options are there e.g. youtube, sonlyliv, amazon prime, sports n news app n google too. Though i won't even use this many features on tv. For this price i.e. 5999, it's a great pick. I'll update the review later if i face any issues.

Missing Remote, Manual, Battery, Warranty Card....Worst Product
"Worst Product", "Worst Customer Service".... Trader didn't provide the remote, battery, manual of tv, warranty card ...All were missing and Worst of all the customer service of Amazon is the worst of them all. No Solution by Amazon (said to wait 7 days) , my money got struck, refund or replacement will also happen after 7 days ... Finally have a TV with No Remote...Request to all customers, who were thinking to buy this 3rd quality TV... Kindly don't buy this TV.

It arrived on time. Easy to connect. WiFi. Price is good. Picture quality is good. If you want better audio use Bosch speakers. Otherwise it is very good at reasonable price. The delivery person was respectful.

Poor service
The service provided has been complete wordt. The television experienced a complete failure on May 22, 2025, and a complaint was promptly filed. Despite assurances of a service visit within 48 hours, there was no initial response. Subsequent follow-ups yielded no results. A service technician eventually arrived after three weeks, diagnosed a motherboard failure, and initiated a replacement request. However, as of June 27, 2025, the motherboard has not been replaced, and the television remains not working. My money is wasted. Based on this experience, we advise dont purchase this product.
