Sturdy Beach Umbrella!
Those Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas that have flooded the market and seen in Costco are no-match to this one!PROS:First off, this beach umbrella has corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel pole and ribs while the competition like Tommy Bahama are made out of plastic! This comes with an integrated anchor so setting it up is quite easy.Has a carrying bag which makes it easy to carry the umbrella around the beach and transport to all your favorite outdoor spots and stored neatly after use. This 7' umbrella Offers UPF 50+ protection and features a stylish stripe design that makes it easy to mark your spot on the beach or stay shaded on your patio.CONSIt's a little heavy due to the fact its not made out of plastic! But the carrying case mitigates the load and you can sling it on your shoulder.I would Recommend this product and would definitely buy-it-again (if needed).

The best beach umbrella RIO
My family has tried several different brands at the NJ beaches. Rio was recommended as the best. So I got the turquoise/lime model with no anchor. (I bought the anchor stand separately because I did not like the anchor style that came with the other color.) This umbrella has heavy metal bars inside the umbrella top that are much stronger than the thin metal spokes that a lot of brands have. This is key. It is sturdy and did not sway in the wind. The top has a wind gusset so the wind blows through it. It does not tilt, but I don't need that. It is hard to push open and click into place. I had to have a guy push it up. But I think that will loosen over time. Easy fold up and insert into carry bag. The strap to the carry bag is way too thin. The model my family has had for a couple year, the strap broke off so I suspect mine will too at some point. The whole bag and umbrella is light enough for me to carry to the beach.

well made
Well made with solid support ribs. Stands up to brisk winds with no "inside out" issues. Great beach umbrella.

Wind resistant!
This is the best umbrella I’ve ever owned. The thick spines make it wind resistant. It’s easy to put in the sand with fold out handles. It doesn’t have a tilt mechanism but it’s a good trade off for the wind resistance. Not too expensive either. It is heavier than other umbrellas I have owned but the sturdiest. It has good sun protection and provides nice shade.

Did not arrive with sand anchor
This is a great umbrella. It has venting at the top and threaded bottom spike which are necessary for a successful beach trip. However there was no sand anchor piece included and I selected the higher price option that said it included the sand anchor.

Sturdy Umbrella
This is the sturdiest umbrella I’ve ever used. It stays planted in windy weather and is easy to screw in the sand. I’ll be buying a second one for our time in Florida. Worth every penny 😊

Good but could be better
The umbrella is built well, and we like the thick ribs so we can hang shirts and other things to dry. The only complaint is the screw bottom, it does not work that well. We had and used other sand anchors that did a much better job (after we took off the screw bottom with a saw).
