This camera is easy to set up and can be placed anywhere since it doesn't require wiring. However, it has several drawbacks. While you do receive notifications, they are delayed, and there's no option for WhatsApp alerts.The rechargeable battery only lasts for 6 to 7 days, which means frequent recharging. The biggest issue, though, is the app. It's slow, making it difficult to access recorded incidents, and replaying footage is impossible. This can be extremely frustrating, as the primary purpose of a CCTV camera is to view recordings.Additionally, the camera doesn't support continuous recording, and you also can't check how much storage is left on the Micro SD card.its price of ₹3999, doesn’t feel worth. It is better off opting for a wired camera with faster response and more reliable features.

I bought the first Avairsense camera some time back for the Indoor -door side- I was quite satisfied with its performance. There were some issues but the customer care team was proactive and took me through to resolve the issue. Post using the camera for sometime i decided to buy another one for my outdoor.The camera does what it says . Battery back up is good . Motion sensor is amazing. Two way communication is good!. We use the outdoor camera to alert us when we are not there at home and the two way communication is quite clear. The AvairSense WhatsApp alert is also a good way to let us know. Which we can be turned on or off as required. So overall very satisfied in the price what I got compared to other 10k ones.Oh and the battery lasts a month easily!

There is no customer support. App is pathetic. So many glitches. We bought a second avair sense battery camera in nov2024. It's offline and we want to reconnect to new network - for a simple reconnecting, there is no option on app. The first camera has no so many lapses in real time recording and missed many new faces record -courier+delivery+visitors. We have messaged, tried to call number listed and email to so called customer support - in past 2months, there has been NO response!! The camera is inoperable due to this. DO NOT INVEST IN AVAIRSENSE- THE APP+TECH/CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ZERO NONE.

Best CCTV camera for home,Packaging and camera feels premium, best part is it's wireless and has a good battery backup, Picture and Video quality is superb Configuring camera is super easy, shows coloured image even at night, top of that I really appreciate the customer service they are too prompt.The only drawback is, it does not rotate but it really covers a good area so you won't feel rotation is needed,Camera is really worth, you don't have to buy a external power backup nor you have to worry about the situation after electricity is gone it keeps working.

Updated as on 23rd December 2024-No after sales support, WhatsApp notifications dont work anymore, plenty of bugs in the app with no updates for 9 months. Keeps logging out for no reason and sometimes getting back in is impossible because of the technical issues with the app and their server.Suggestion- Go for some old and popular brands instead of this. At least they will provide after sales support if something goes wrong.Old review- Works like a charm, Camera performance and quality is much better than most of the brands out there in this price range.

Good maindoor camera with clear picture. This camera is installed on our Flat’s main door and gallery is fully illuminated. Given it is battery operated, camera does not record continuously which makes the use of this camera very limited. Manufacturer should release software / firmware update to provide an option to user to record continuously or in default mode. Overall worthy purchase.

Regret purchasing two pieces. Got it for the wireless set-up. While the hardware works, the software has lot of issues and has now stopped working altogether within a year of purchase. There is no after-sales service, the guy does not respond - he is a small-timer and lacks the professionalism to even respond. Instead of this, spend a bit more and get a better product and after-sales service.
