I’ve been vegan for 10 years. In the last 8 months I’ve had issues with extreme dizziness, tiredness (like unable to drag myself out of bed because I’m so tired to the point of feeling sick), needing to lay down, trouble focusing, and, with that, trouble with being able to get tasks done (fun tasks, errands, practicing my hobbies, chores). I’m not a big eater (I see it as a chore) and vegans are known to need to do extra work to get certain vitamins in their diet, so it’s not so far-fetched that, after ten years of veganism, I’m deficient in something - B12 being one of the biggest things vegans don’t get enough of. I got this three maybe four days ago. Along with starting electrolyte beverages and a general iron and hair supplement, the change since taking this in the last few days has been RIDICULOUS. I’m telling you - I was STRUGGLING to get through my 7-10 hours of work a day, STRUGGLING to get myself to do basic tasks like a grocery trip, dishes, laundry, meet up with a friend for coffee. Since starting this (and the other couple things I started at the same time), existing doesn’t feel so impossible and exhausting. I’m getting stuff done, I went out Saturday night with a friend, I’m answering my texts, I’m working on my hobbies again. Do not underestimate the toll a vitamin deficiency like this can take on you!! I never believed in vitamins or the effect they can have on you. Game changer, seriously.Otherwise - doesn’t taste too bad (tastes like a vitamin) and it doesn’t make me gag when I keep it under my tongue. 10/10!!!

I found out that I was very low on the vitamin b complex and folic acid, etc. The water is soluble vitamins. I read the reviews and I don't understand why people didn't like the taste. It's just fine of a taste. In fact, I didn't even take note of it. And since I've only been using it for 2 days, I'm looking forward to feeling better, less tiredness, better skin etc. The vitamin b complex is extremely important. And is watery soluble and it doesn't stay in your body. So if you're like me and you don't eat that well, and you don't like taking capsus look pills, I would recommend getting the liquid form of your vitamin b complex and folic acid all in one shot.

I have only been taking it a week, so I can't speak to results yet. I will need to take it several weeks maybe even a month or two to know if it is helping my issues. Mainly my hair and my nails. Other wise I like the taste and the ease of taking it. I had none of the issues that some of the others talked about.

I tried this at the recommendation of a friend. It arrived in time and in nice packaging. In many comments people mentioned an after taste with the flavor. I shake well before taking it and find the berry taste rather pleasant. I do 2-3 squirts because the recommended five (to get the daily dose) gave me a little stomach ache. I just started using the product so cannot make a comment about the effect yet. I do like that it includes B3 and B12 as methylcobalamin instead of the cyanocobalamin. So far so good!

I tried Vitamin B patches for a while, but one had non-vitamin ingredients and the other just didn't make me feel any different. This does. It wasn't instant, but now if I realize on my way out the door that I forgot to take it, I go back. I'm in my mid-sixties and my job can be physically and emotionally demanding, and I am convinced this helps tremendously. I did try a new probiotic at the same time I purchased this so it's impossible for me to tell what's responsible, but my reflux is all but gone. I didn't know that Vitamin B can help that, but apparently it does.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I choose this product because it of the MADE IN USA label. Yes, it's globally sourced, but it appears to be an American company and is USDA organic.I've only been using this product a few days so I do not have an idea yet of the effectiveness. I will update my rating in a month or so. As of now, I'm happy with it.

Liquid B vitamins are sometimes not absorbed by the gut. Using the drops allows for absorption through the mucosa of the mouth right into the bloodstream. I wanted to be sure to get the benefit of the vitamin with my h/o B12 deficiency. The B vitamins are important for energy and mood. This product is tasty and measuring it is easy. I like that it is organic.

Okay it is June 15, 2025. Today is 1st day. The part I was scared of is the taste. To be honest the taste was not bad, with that being said I can take it by itself. It's a nice size bottle, package nicely, and quality is good. So I will give it two weeks to see, but from my Drs stand point when it comes to medications or supplement it takes time to see the results when you stay consistent. So I will follow up soon.
