With all the recent snow warnings and bad weather conditions, we did not use our car regularly for over a month. Unfortunately, one day, when my wife tried to start it, the car wouldn't crank up. I have used jump starters from neighbours and the car started, but the next day, the same issue persisted. It turned out that the battery was dead. I really did not want to buy a new one, as this one was less than a year old, so I decided to get a battery charger and give it a try. A few standout features in this charger really caught my attention:- Repair Feature: it was a big discovery for me that car chargers can do that, and actually besides simply charging we need to also some kind of repair for our battery to bring it back to life.- Safety Features: The manufacturer included safety measures to ensure efficient and safe charging. These features became especially handy during the charging process.Connecting the charger for an overnight charge was a simple process — just connect the wires to the battery pins, and the charger does the rest. Safety measures prevent wrong wire connections or shortcuts in the wiring system. Additional safeguards include protection against overheating, with the charger stopping if the battery gets too hot, and overcharging prevention, stopping the charge once the battery is full.I can't specify the exact charging duration, but the next morning, the car was good to go. I have reinstalled the battery and the car started without any issues. It has been around a month since we've been using the battery, and it starts every day without problems. Good product with lots of variables, charges at2amps so more powerful than my existing motorcycle drip charger.

Reasonably easy to use item, even for someone like me who doesn't know much about cars. Came well packed. I would recommend.

It charges ok but doesn't remember the setting which is a pain and not good if there's a power blip as it will restart charging at a different voltage.

This is the second charger I’ve bought from Amazon in one week. I had issues with the first one, so decided to order a different charger. This charger is supposed to recognize if your battery is lead acid, 12v or 6v, or lithium, using the mode switch for you to determine what you’re trying to charge. My battery was a lithium battery, but initially the charger would not recognize lithium, but started charging as though it was 12v lead acid/gel. When I finally forced it to indicate lithium, the ‘emergency’ light went on, and it wouldn’t charge. While I suspect that my issue is that the battery voltage is now less than 4v, where the charger won’t charge or recognize it, my main problem is that there appears to be NO WAY to contact the seller for instructions (not only for this purchase, but for MANY Amazon purchases). I could not contact a seller after my first charger purchase, so was left to buy another one. You are pretty much left on your own here, when it comes to customer support.

Quality of charger is ok but with just a 2amp charge rate it takes days to charge a 12v Lithium battery. Probably would do an ok job to top off a car battery overnight but not for any other use.
