I was hoping for something that would blend comfort, style, and functionality. Unfortunately, this product fell short in almost every aspects of comfort and style. First things first – it is not a "20mm" strap, it’s far too large. The strap feels clunky and oversized, completely hanging on my wrist. I’ve used many straps in the 20mm range, but this one is noticeably bulkier, can’t be for daily wear. The stitching is, honestly, a mess. I was shocked by the poor quality. Several stitch lines were crooked. From certain angles, it looked ugly, with the loose stitches giving off an unfinished, sloppy vibe. Then the product page claimed the strap fits all watches, but that isn’t true. On my Amazfit GTS 2 Mini, the strap was way too wide, and it didn’t sit properly on the watch, making it uncomfortable and impractical to wear. If you're looking for a well-made, versatile strap, I’d recommend passing on this one. Not worth the hassle.
