Don't waste your time with creality machines!
I bit the bullet on this when the creality dryer i got was dead within 5 minutes of opening the box. This one works as intended and holds 4 spools. I have not had any issues with drying or staying dry in the box. Printing from the box works and there are a lot of supported filaments. Save your time and money by getting this one. Only gripe is that I didn't get it first. I love creality printers but the dryer boxes are a no go for me.

Essential Tool for Active 3D Printing
To me, this is an essential invention. I can't understand why no one else has made something like this yet. I was constantly swapping rolls among smaller enclosures. Now I store my main filaments in the box and just directly print from it most of the time.Good move Sunlu... This led to me trying your filament, and I am happily surprised there too.

Great large capacity filament dryer.
I did quite a bit of research before selecting this particular dryer and use it with much success with PETG filament. Nice thing about it is that it holds 4 rolls of filament. Has many customizable features such as time, heat levels and even type of filament. Not too noisy either. Also has a hygrometer to tell you the humidity level. If you are struggling printing PETG or the newer easy to print versions of PETG, this might help.

Great product, wish the LEDs were still worked after the first week.
This is a wonderful quad roll heater… it would be even better if the LEDs still worked after a week. Box simply works, but the manual is less than comprehensive. Still, it’s probably one of the better products out there for heating multiple roles of filament, and allowing them to be used or printed directly from the filament heater box.

Luxurious and fast
I have been using the JAYO S1 for a while. It is the most basic of filament dryers. To say the S4 is an upgrade would not do it justice. the S4 is in a completely different category altogether. The S4 comes with a few pieces of tubing so that you can run the filament to your printer without exposing to the open air. Also included are some desiccant packets that can be placed inside the compartments under the spools to provide ongoing dehydration. Each of the 4 spool locations has an option for the filament to load out of the top or out of the end. Overall 8 different output holes. Each output is equipped with a connector that is designed to hold a bowden tube securely. For the outputs not in use SUNLU has provided small rubber plugs to keep the unit sealed. The build quality of the unit is excellent. Everything feels solid and well engineered. There is a lot of plastic, but it doesn't feel cheap or brittle, which is important given that it will be going through a lot of heating and cooling. The feet of the unit are actually metal bars instead of just plastic nubs or stick on rubber. It is this attention to detail that makes it feel like a luxury item.Getting started was really easy. I just plugged the unit in and turned it on. After selected the filament type from the menu all I had to do was let it run. The fans start circulating the heated air immediately and all the items in the display tell you the status. You can see the humidity decreasing on the display within minutes. The internal air circulation allows for very fast drying!I appreciate that the display is backlit for easy readability. My favorite feature of this unit is its ability to monitor the internal humidity and initiate drying when it rises above the selected threshold. The default is 50%, but it is can be set to your desired percentage. For humid environments this could be its best feature for sure!Of course you can adjust the temperature and humidity settings once you have selected from 1 of the 6 built in filament options. It is all very easily done from the front display and control panel. If you want you also enable an LED light to indicate when the unit is actively drying. You can also switch the unit to Fahrenheit or Celsius units for display. The unit is large, so plan for it to take up a fair amount of space. My hobby room is packed, so I had to get creative to make room for it. It is approximately 42cm L x 22cm D x 31cm H.I have seen a few other dryer on the market, but with the unit being able to actively dry 4 spools at a time, it is the best I have found.

Very little manufacturer support.
Be cautious about this filament dryer for any kind of real support. I did reach out to Amazon support. They were thoughtful, but unfortunately, this is something that needs manufacturing support concerning the desiccant. I see there’s a lot of unanswered questions when it comes to that. I’m going to head and return this due to lack of support. There’s no real directions and the website is not very customer support oriented. Unless you’re an avid filament enthusiast, you left in limbo. This was my first filament dryer and I was excited. I watched a few dozen videos on it, but there are a lot of unanswered questions on set up.

Fits 6 rolls when needed
Works great. I like the storage feature but will generally redry just prior to use. I don’t use the feed feature currently and only use this for drying/storage. Because of that, I can fit 6 of the sunlu rolls in the dryer with no issues. Only 4 fit when feeding printers from the unit, as stated in the specs.
