Really good source of hydration
This one has worked wonders for me ! Keeps me hydrated during workout without resting in unnecessary blood glucose level surge. I'm a type 2 diabetes patient and working out is really important for me but last few weeks I've been feeling dehydrated and getting cramps during my workouts. taste not good if add 400 or 450 ml water per pkt.
for 3g pack 250ml water add is good taste. you suggested to add 400 or 450 ml taste is not good, i don't like this ratio, its worset taste.
