Great customer service
I had an issue with a toner cartridge I ordered, the cartridge I received did not work in my printer. The model number was off by one number & caused me all sorts of problems. When I was shopping for a new toner cartridge, I typed my printer's model number in the search bar, but apparently the search returned an incorrect part. The error was definitely not the seller's fault, I just clicked on an incorrect replacement toner cartridge amongst everything that the search returned . Their customer service, Bruce & Bob, were awesome, & especially, everyone I talked with was easy to understand & understood my issue & made a quick full replacement. I will definitely order from these folks in the future!!!

This is a scam. It is not OKI Toner, nor is it high yield as advertised.

Inaccurate Description - Incompatible with B432!
Incompatible with B432 printer. Package fails to list B432, and printer gives "Toner Missing" image after installed. Correct toner for B432 has these digits embossed: >PS-HI< 457460 T2. This toner has these digits embossed: >PS-HI< 444799 C3.
