I ordered 2 hats from them both hats seem to be in great shape no uneven logos, not lopsided as far as I can tell.One came in a box & the other in a bag. The one that came in the bag I was worried about but it didn't seem stepped on or squished at all amazingly. The one in the box was good also. Both seem pristine, Both hats came inside a clear plastic bag. The bag is sealed a little to tight nothing crazy but it doesn't allow the hat to expand to its full size & shape.Anyhow I will leave Both hats in a big enough box they should be able to get back their original size & shape I'm not even worried about it. I'm very pleased with my purchase I even ordered another hat. I'm picky when it comes to these hats I don't want to see loose or sloppy threads, lopsided & unevenness. I'm actually amazed!
