best budget option you have
I mainly use Sulwhasoo, and this doesn’t absorb quite as deeply as that.But honestly, for the price, it’s hard to beat. Since I’m focusing more on serums for active ingredients now, this toner is more than enough for me. Great value for what it offers!

It’s light and moisturizing, sets quickly into my skin, and wears well under makeup. When I put it on at night, I wake up with plump and hydrated skin. I love that it’s also fragrance-free.

Great every day moisturizer
This is a good neutral lotion. It's not too thick and not too thin. I have combination dry skin, so it can be very fickle. Sometimes thicker lotions don't soak into my skin, but thinner lotions will just not do anything. I bought this for milder weather, but it's been my go to lotion for every day. If I need more moisture, I'll just double up with a thicker moisturizer on my drier areas.
