Measured what I needed, although this lid was way too big for what I needed. I hope this works for others, but my filter was way too small for this lid

Fit perfectly on our Haywood SP1500 pump basket
Was a perfect fit, but needs to be lubricated or it's too tight. I lubed o-ring up with silicon grease and could assemble and disassemble easily. ** It has been installed about a month and noticed foam on top our pool (pump sucking air). I found a crack on inlet side and another 180 degrees on the pump side of this basket lid. No choice but order another, I hope IT lasts the rest of summer.

Not Hayward quility ,so far works great.Amazon seller price less than 1/2 many other sellers ,use lots of silicon grease.I rigged up cover remover to take some pressure of the handle. 5* delivery.

Perfect fit
I like it better than the original hayward cover. More meat to it and it's clear so you can actually see inside the pump
